~ Sky, Sea, and Dreams ~
What lies beyond that sky?
On nights when earnest thoughts seem to break,

The prayer that reached me on the morning I believed.
With the mountains and rivers of my hometown, and my parents’ smiles in my heart,
I now set off into the ultramarine sky.
The shining green beyond the gleaming sea,
The City of Trees was waiting for me.
The tearful yesterday could become the smiling today,
Thanks to the friends I learned with and the words of my parents.
Try to remember the dream that only you can achieve,
In the ultramarine sea you drew that day.
The sparkling constellations beyond the northern lands,
The City of Hope was waiting for me.
The silently falling snow gently taught me,
The courage to pioneer the vast wilderness.
Surely, one day, I will make it bloom with my own hands,
The ultramarine dream that soars through my tomorrow.
The lyrics for our beloved school song were written on New Year’s Day, 2010. When we asked our current students for their “favorite words,” the most frequent answer was “Dreams,” which became the motif for the song. The first verse states, “Only a true heart can move everything.” This is a profound sentiment realized by many who have enrolled in our school.

What matters is not merely the outward form, but being genuinely sincere from the bottom of your heart. I believe this principle applies equally to turning the impossible into the possible and to making your dreams come true. A “Dream” is not something far away; it is something that resides within your own “heart.”

Our Traditional School Song
This traditional song was composed by Mr. Kensuke Yugeta, a singer-songwriter and former board member, based on the “favorite words” collected from our students. This proud melody is solemnly performed before all school ceremonies. Particularly at the graduation ceremony, student representatives line up on stage and perform a moving chorus as a firm promise for the future.
Song of Gratitude: “Letter to Mother”
Also composed by Mr. Kensuke Yugeta, this song touchingly combines his beautiful melody with the affectionate letters written by international students to their mothers. This sacred piece is performed at the concert following every graduation ceremony, expressing deep gratitude to the parents who constantly support their children’s soaring dreams.
